Share photos directly from your Photos app with FacebookThis [jailbreak]
FacebookThis is a jailbreak tweak for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch that will allow you to share images directly from your Photos app to Facebook. iOS lets you send pictures to Twitter but not Facebook. Maybe we will see Facebook integration in iOS 6 but if you're already jailbroken you can have this functionality now.
